Grant applications should be sent to LPCA, PO Box 188285, Sacramento, CA 95818 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by the April 30th deadline.

Grant Committee responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with LPCA Treasurer on how much and how many grants available for the current year.
* Advertise grant process and rules to the community – with Communications Committee.
* Review grant applications, select and contact recipients.
* Follow up to ensure grant funds were properly expended.
* Share photos, or news and details about how the grant helped an organization.

The Land Park Community Association is proud of its grant-making history. The following are examples of past grants awarded to area organizations:
$500- Street Soccer USA Sacramento (2018)
$500- CK McClatchy High School Rugby Boosters, funding for team expenses (2018)
$500- Camellia Society of Sacramento for the Camellia Grove in William Land Park (2018)
$500- Crocker/Riverside PTO, physical education upgrade and replacement (2018)
$500- CK McClatchy High School Physical Education, field hockey program (2018)
$500- CK McClatchy Speech and Debate Club, allows students to attend speech & debate tournaments and competitions (2018)
$500- Food Literacy Center, lockers for equipment storage (2018)
$500- Land Park Rugby Football Club, goal post pads & jerseys (2018)
$500- Mercy Housing CA, Leataata Floyd Student Family Community Center, supplies for the Leataata Floyd Student and Family Community Center (2018)
$500- Health Professions High School 10th Grade English Curriculum, allows students to attend the Sacramento Theatre Company’s production of “The Crucible” (2018)
$2,500 – Fairytale Town, for the Anansi Web play structure (2017)
$1,500 – CKM Journalism Program/Prospector newspaper (2017)
$1,000 – CKM Restore the Roar, for track and field starting blocks (2017)
$999 – C.K. McClatchy High School’s ROAR Weightlifting Program (2015)
$2,500 – Crocker/Riverside Elementary School’s Garden Docent Program (2015)
